What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HRBP, Human Resources Business Partner, or People Operations Specialist role in Thailand or regionally.

At Nanning Aolite Technology Co., Ltd., I led full-lifecycle recruitment for five roles supporting Nigeria expansion, managing more than 85 candidates across global channels. After analyzing the hiring funnel and salary competitiveness, I shifted sourcing toward more efficient domestic channels and built a reusable talent pool.

At China Resources Cement Holdings, I owned recruitment for three Sales Engineers and supported performance reviews and compliant Performance Improvement Plans. I also helped optimize onboarding workflows, which secured 90%+ onsite attendance and 95%+ new-hire satisfaction.

Earlier at Nanning Aolite Technology Co., Ltd., I standardized employee lifecycle workflows and digitized more than 150 employee records in HRIS. I built Power BI and Jira dashboards to track recruitment funnels, time-to-hire, and channel conversion.
