I'm open to global talent acquisition and HR opportunities, including roles with visa sponsorship and relocation support, where I can lead high-volume multilingual recruitment, interpreter staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning.

I've recruited and onboarded more than 2,000 interpreters across 150+ languages for OPI, VRI, and OSI services. At OneWorld Global Services, I manage end-to-end interpreter recruitment, bulk hiring, onboarding, rate negotiations, and staffing support for 5–6 clients simultaneously.

Previously at United Language Group, I led large-scale U.S. and global interpreter hiring, built proactive pipelines, and often fulfilled urgent roles within 24 hours. I also helped launch interpreter hiring operations in India for Language Line Solutions through Datamark, scaling hiring from 20 interpreters to more than 100 per quarter.

My background also includes full-spectrum HR operations, payroll, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, recruitment marketing, and HR systems for organizations across steel, e-commerce, finance, hospitality, and language services.
