I’m seeking work-from-home opportunities where I can support customers, manage data in Excel, and handle back-office tasks with clear communication and reliable follow-ups.

I’m a motivated and dedicated professional with a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, and experience supporting customers through phone and online communication. I bring strong skills in client coordination, email communication, and accurate data handling using Excel.

In freelance support and client coordination, I managed customer communication and follow-ups, maintained records in Excel, and assisted clients with product and service information. I also coordinated with customers via phone and online channels to ensure timely responses and proper documentation.

Most recently, at RDENO Enterprises, I handled sales and client support for bikes—communicating with customers, managing inquiries, and helping bring potential customers and investment leads. I took a planned career break for childcare and family responsibilities, and I’m now ready to restart with a strong commitment to work-from-home opportunities.
