At Avaloq, I delivered an OKE + Strimzi modernization initiative across two Swiss banks and two Avaloq environments, reaching production go-live within two weeks. I also managed release upgrades for mission-critical core banking platforms from planning and impact assessment through deployment and hypercare.
At Appen, I managed global AI and machine-learning client programs, including a roofing image annotation project that grew from 25 to 65 annotators while maintaining 95–97% QA performance. At ASCENDION PH, I supported Metrobank’s PMO and coordinated technology initiatives, including the shift from printed audit confirmation letters to an automated email workflow.
