What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining hands-on IT support, network administration or technical training in an organization that values practical problem-solving, mentoring, and continuous learning.

I am a Computer Science teacher and IT support specialist with practical experience in networking, Cisco device configuration, IT solutions, and customer care. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Rwanda and have worked in IT support roles in both the private sector and public education.

I have completed internships and trainings in Cisco device configuration, video editing, and graphic design, and I currently provide IT support and technical services while teaching computer science. I am committed to applying technical skills and classroom experience to improve IT systems and deliver effective training and support.
