At Colorvision / Epic Universe, I served English-speaking guests from around the world in a high-volume theme park environment. I drove photo and merchandise sales by identifying customer needs and recommending products.

I presented package upgrades through a consultative approach and managed point-of-sale operations, including cash and card transactions. I also operated professional photography equipment and guided guests through poses and product options.

I answered questions and resolved concerns in real time, helping turn potential complaints into positive brand experiences. I built rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds and supported repeat purchases.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Tourism at Universidad de las Américas (UDLA). I'm seeking remote Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Support roles with U.S. companies, and I'm available as an independent contractor.
