In my work experience, I managed debt collections for new client portfolios, ensuring timely payments, and supported operational management tasks by providing high-level support to a Team Lead. I also conducted personnel audits in compliance with company protocols and reporting standards, strengthening my accountability and organization.

Alongside that, I worked in a call center as a Credit Card Seller, handling high-volume outbound calls, complaint resolution, and conflict management through active listening. More recently, I served as a Store Supplier, researching and contacting distributors to optimize purchasing, controlling inventory across warehouse and retail points, and managing online sales and basic social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
