At Tata Consultancy Services, I prepared process-specific training and coached associates through call monitoring, feedback, and customized refresher sessions. I also tracked training progress and shared quality and performance updates.
I digitized training by creating modules in Captivate, saving time and money spent on training. I also received the Best Trainer award in February 2013.
As a Training Facilitator/Sub - TL, I supported a media business pilot project and helped transition other processes from onshore. I also created learning materials, including e-books for the MR domain.
