I build and maintain an original 3D horror/job-simulation game, “Planet Scanner,” as a solo developer with Godot Engine (GDScript), and I’ve taken it from concept through Steam publication. I also handle playtesting, troubleshooting, and bug patching along the way.
In customer-facing roles, I’ve managed high-volume POS transactions and cash reconciliation, handled on-site customer concerns, and delivered product consultations that kept retention strong. Before that, I provided VIP concierge/client relations support for global cardholders through Visa, coordinating complex travel and purchase logistics.
I’m currently pursuing remote roles (chat, email, or ticket-based) where written communication and problem-solving matter—using my technical troubleshooting background from software support and independent development.
