I’m a Remote Office & Data Support Specialist with hands-on experience managing schedules, files, and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and clear communication. I bring deep experience creating structured, supportive environments through my long-term work in childcare and care coordination.

With over 13 years of experience as a Home Daycare Owner, I built efficient daily operations—designing enriching activity plans, assessing individual learning styles, and improving children’s language and motor skills. I also cultivated trust through regular parent updates and reliable follow-through on care routines.

In my Home Health Care role (2012-2017), I coordinated medical and social transportation, prepared meals based on dietary needs, and collaborated with families and healthcare providers to align care plans. I maintained accurate documentation of care activities and handled medication management processes while supporting safe, clean environments.

Most recently, as an Office Assistant -Therpay Clinic (2025-Present), I handle patient files and documents, organize therapist schedules, coordinate with patients before appointments, and support billing and intake paper handling.
