I’m seeking a remote role where I can use QuickBooks invoicing, scheduling, and strong customer service skills to provide reliable virtual administrative support as a virtual assistant or support specialist.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting office operations through customer service, phone and email communications, invoicing, and record management. I stay organized, respond quickly, and help keep day-to-day work running smoothly.

In my Office Manager Assistant role (2019–2021), I supported office operations by handling customer communications via phone and email, completing invoicing in QuickBooks, managing schedules, and maintaining records. I’ve built strong routines around time management, organization, and clear communication.

From 2020–2022, I worked as a Caregiver for Always Caring Home Care, maintaining client records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals. I supported clients with daily living activities while staying attentive to details and maintaining confidentiality.

I’m seeking a remote opportunity where I can apply my admin support strengths—QuickBooks, invoicing and billing, scheduling, and customer service—to deliver reliable support as a virtual assistant or support specialist.
