Oversaw implementation and testing of backend systems for a new ecommerce platform, meeting beta deadlines and enabling first orders. Drove onboarding of 50+ brands and 30,000+ SKUs, and built a data pipeline for visualization assets using generative AI.

Owned technical systems in a 365,000 sq ft distribution center, improving system uptime from 75% to 99.5%. Managed process improvements, onboarded warehouse robotics and automation, and led establishment of new distribution centers in Tokyo and Paris.

Led a team of 3 to design and onboard a NetSuite ERP platform across the Supply Chain and Logistics arm of a Covid-19 diagnostics startup. Implemented NetSuite WMS module in 50% of usual onboarding time in multiple warehouses.

Represented the Logistics division during planning, buildout, and provisioning of a CLIA Certified Covid-19 diagnostic testing lab in under 4 weeks. Led a team of warehouse associates to manage strategic supply needs, ensuring constant processing of patient samples.

Facilitated administrative tasks for deployment of 30+ service providers overseas on a US Department of Defense contract.

Pursuing an International MBA with a concentration in Digital Innovation, expected to graduate in December 2026.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in East Asian Studies (Chinese) in April 2019.
