At Penguin Publishing Group, I progressed from Operator to Supervisor to Assistant Manager, led a team of seven, and managed job prioritization, quality control, pre-press, printing, delivery, vendor coordination, and equipment evaluation. I've also served as the primary bridge between customers, merchants, technical teams, Editorial, IT, Marketing, and production teams to keep complex work moving on schedule.
