I use ServiceTitan and FieldPulse to manage customer and job workflows, scheduling, service coordination, and operational visibility. I've created CRM workflows and automation that streamline operations and reduce manual employee effort.

Before home services, I served as a U.S. Army Sergeant, leading a six-person infantry squad and maintaining accountability for multimillion-dollar assets. I bring that same focus on training, accountability, customer resolution, and team performance to field-service operations and technology sales.
