At ADP, I manage Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365 VDI environments, serving as a Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation point for complex virtual desktop and connectivity issues.
I administer delivery groups, machine catalogs, golden images, and cloud VDI platforms while monitoring performance, utilization, security, compliance, and future capacity needs. I also lead infrastructure enhancements, migrations, optimization efforts, critical incident response, and technical documentation.
Previously at Total Information Management Corp., I supported Citrix infrastructure and Cisco UCS environments for Okada Manila, maintaining Citrix equipment within scope to help ensure 99% server availability. I deployed a Citrix NetScaler MPX 8005 for DMZ segmentation and load balancing, including rack and stack, configuration, and UAT.
I began building my infrastructure foundation at p3ople4u through server monitoring, application deployment, Windows Server administration, and AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS deployments in VMware ESX test environments.
