Previously, I led the Lean Six Sigma practice across Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey. I directed internal and external consulting engagements that improved processes, profitability, digitalization, automation, and AI adoption.
I've managed customized client service delivery, performed gap analyses, and developed action plans to address operational risks and performance gaps.
My experience also includes leading service teams at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and SITEL Bulgaria, supporting technical campaigns for Lexmark, Microsoft, and Toshiba while driving customer satisfaction, quality, forecasting, utilization, and employee engagement.
