I build and implement IBM i life insurance administration systems for insurers and annuity products.

I've spent 25+ years building, implementing, and supporting enterprise life insurance administration systems on IBM i. Most recently at USSI, I led a major client system upgrade, automated manual processes, and configured life insurance and annuity products.

At Illumifin and Concentrix Insurance Solutions, I led client implementations, enhancements, technical design, testing, and production deployments for life insurance administration applications. I also coordinated cross-functional technical projects and supported application changes from requirements through implementation.

Earlier at RBC Liberty Insurance and IBM Insurance Outsourcing Solutions, I led large-scale client data conversions, developed extraction and validation programs, and supported go-lives through Hypercare. I bring hands-on RPGLE, Free-Form RPG, CLP, CLLE, SQL, business analysis, and technical leadership to reliable insurance platforms.
