I’m a customer service professional with 14 months of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, serving approximately 120 customers daily. I take pride in staying calm under pressure while delivering efficient, friendly service.

I’m skilled in cash handling and POS systems, including accurately processing cash, credit card, and digital payments. I handle opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day financial reports, and I coordinate with kitchen staff to keep orders moving smoothly.

I provide clear communication and proactive problem solving—answering menu questions, taking customer orders, and ensuring accurate preparation and packaging. I also trained new employees on POS operations, customer service, and daily restaurant procedures, helping the team perform consistently during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
