Peter Idoko

I assisted clients and businesses with creating and verifying their Google Business Profiles, helping resolve listing issues along the way.

I responded to inquiries by phone and email with accurate information and guidance. I also maintained customer, business, and verification records.

My training through the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme via Cisco Networking Academy covered digital safety and security, online communication, collaboration, and digital content creation. I'm seeking remote customer service work and am available for shift work and remote hours.
