At Oasis Hopkins Limited in Hopkins Belize, my wife and I took over a cafe and gym after leaving Canada. I used my project management and director background to manage the business, track budgets, manage people, and improve the operating environment through small projects.
At CIBC Wealth Management and CIBC Enterprise Technology, I was Project Director for application and infrastructure projects supporting Wood Gundy and Investor Services. I managed a team of senior project managers and an active portfolio of projects with budgets of up to $40MM.
Earlier, I was a Project Manager at CIBC Wealth Management and a Senior Project Manager at Richardson Partners Financial Limited. At Richardson Partners, I managed infrastructure, application development, and business expansion projects; the firm grew to $7 billion in assets under management, and advisor satisfaction with its technology platform ranked #1 in the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Investment Executive Brokerage Report Cards.
