At Starker, I implemented GIS-based corn coverage estimates that improved sales forecasting accuracy by 32%, built an independent producer system that increased production per area by 25%, and expanded distribution in Huehuetenango to more than double local sales.

At Magdalena, I directed an agricultural intelligence organization of more than 400 people and partnered with R&D to combine NIR methodology with satellite indices, generating more than $2M USD in additional returns. I also reduced budget overdraft from 7% to 0.5% and protected 30,000 sugarcane clones.

Earlier, I launched corn seed products, built distributor networks, established ISTA-compliant seed conditioning operations, and developed the first corn hybrid tailored to Guatemala's highlands—doubling productivity while reducing the crop cycle by 30%.
