I streamline warehouse workflows, manage high-volume distribution, and oversee crop harvest execution with rigorous safety and quality standards.

In my current role as General Farm Manager / Operations Director, I lead daily agricultural operations, workforce scheduling, and multi-hectare coffee and crop production. I also manage payroll, operational budgets, procurement of machinery and supplies, equipment maintenance, and compliance with environmental, agricultural, and workplace safety requirements.
