I'm looking to lead scalable analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence initiatives that connect business strategy with reliable data, actionable KPIs, and measurable operational improvement.

At Bayer, I lead data architecture and analytics strategy for Central America and the Caribbean, translating business priorities into scalable data solutions, governance frameworks, KPI designs, and decision-support tools.

I've built sales, inventory, and KPI dashboards; designed ETL flows and data environments; and generated insights that improve commercial and operational planning. My work spans Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, data modeling, data quality, and business intelligence.

Earlier, I developed business software and managed database environments across multiple organizations using C#.Net, PHP, Java, web services, and Windows services. I also manage operations and profitability analysis for a retail business and bring university teaching experience in mathematics and databases.
