In quality assurance, I bring broad knowledge working with different creditors such as Capital One, Credit Control, Jefferson Capital, Zwicker and Associates, First Premier Bank, One Main Financial, Second Round and others. I consistently surpass required KPI metrics of 95% per month, delivering 98% above metrics on audits, and I resolve over 800 accounts (organics and loans audits combined) every month.

I also lead training and continuous improvement. I led a 3-day training on Data Entry for newly offshore hires on proper uploading of settlement letters, satisfaction letter, signed and unsigned stipulation, statements, and summons, and I collaborate with senior officers on issues between Atlas and Confluence to help improve governing rules for smoother operation.

Before QA, I built strong collections and financing experience as a Finance Sales Representative and Loan Officer. I managed over 700 accounts with a total receivable of more than 10 million, performed and surpassed 92% monthly collection efficiency, and helped reconcile remedial accounts through restructuring and moratorium, including filing of civil cases on non-moving accounts, while also initiating loan activities like land appraisal for loan applications below 500,000.
