What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level remote Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.

At CEFET/RJ, I support students during programming activities by clarifying technical concepts and troubleshooting exercises. I explain programming logic and problem-solving steps in ways that adapt to different learning needs.

Through hands-on labs and training, I practice Linux troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals. I’m seeking an entry-level remote Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
