What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply lab and production skills in product development or quality assurance, work within a collaborative team, and grow technically under mentorship.

I am a food scientist with practical experience in laboratory analysis, yoghurt production, and product development, gained through internships and a laboratory assistant role. I have supported research activities, conducted sensory evaluations as a trained panelist, and collaborated with scientists on tests including color, brix, oil absorption, and water absorption.

I bring strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, plus familiarity with GMPs and HACCP, Microsoft Office, and customer-facing experience as a co-CEO of a food business. I am motivated to contribute to innovative food solutions and continuous improvement in quality and product innovation.
