I’m a food technologist who brings scientific rigor to food research, product development, production processes, and quality assurance. As a Research and Compliance Officer, I developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for food and cosmetic production to ensure compliance with FDA and GSA standards, and I managed compliance frameworks to keep safely protocols and industry regulations on track.
Before that, I strengthened my practical, people-centered approach as a Clinical Dietitian by performing full nutritional assessments, designing diets for special conditions, and supporting chronic illness management using dietary strategies and Body Mass Index-based evaluation. My Product Development Internship also shaped how I think about innovation—researching new products from waste, leveraging existing raw materials, and overseeing sourcing, production, and packaging to build a robust supply chain.
