I’m a recent B.Sc. Nutrition and Food Science graduate with strong skills in Microsoft Office management, nutrition counseling, and laboratory analysis. I’m a fast learner, an effective team player, and I’m passionate about continuous growth while contributing positively to community well-being.

Through my National Service Personnel role at GRASAG Office–University of Ghana and internships at Eastern Regional Hospital and the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), I supported dietitians with patient-specific dietary advice and assisted with food safety and quality control work. I handled data entry, records management, coordination of student programs and events, and provided administrative support in a professional setting.

My research and lab experience includes undergraduate work on the “Effects of Sprouting Duration on the Nutritional & Physicochemical Composition of Asaana,” using proximate and physicochemical analyses (pH, titratable acidity, °Brix, ash, moisture, crude fat, crude protein, carbohydrate) and statistical analysis with SPSS and MINITAB. I bring strong scientific writing, experiment design, and critical thinking to turn data into meaningful insights.
