At the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Accra, I supported compliance audits and visited markets to identify food safety threats, including improper storage, adulteration, and expired products.

I also participated in public education campaigns on food hygiene and food labelling regulations, and conducted routine inspections of clinics, maternity homes, and diagnostic centers.

As an Intern at Accra Veterinary Laboratory, I performed aflatoxin tests, PCR analysis, blood hematology, and blood biochemistry. I also managed sample reception and prepared reports on temperature readings and laboratory decontamination and disinfection.

My coursework toward a BSc. Agricultural Biotechnology at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology included a research project investigating dietary ginger residue and its effects on weaner rabbits. I’m seeking a challenging role where I can apply my knowledge and contribute to innovative projects and professional growth.
