What I'm looking for

I seek roles in food quality, safety, or research teams where I can apply lab analysis, data skills, and grow technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

I am a dedicated Biological Sciences graduate with hands-on experience in laboratory analysis, quality control, and data work from internships at the Ghana Cocoa Board and CSIR Food Research Institute. I have conducted experiments, analyzed microorganisms and cocoa quality metrics, performed data cleaning and visualization, and prepared comprehensive research reports.

I bring a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills, with experience in sampling, grading, analytical testing (fat content, free fatty acids, pH), administrative support, and survey development. I am eager to apply my rapid learning ability and collaborative approach to contribute to a team focused on food quality, safety, and research-driven improvements.
