At Infytel Communications Limited, I manage recruitment across Nigeria and India, coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, selection, and onboarding. I supported the onboarding of 18 candidates in four months while managing other candidates through interview and final selection stages.

I also managed outsourced HR operations and provided research-driven advisory to SME clients.
Earlier, at Antat-V schools, I supported HR and administrative work, coordinated onboarding and orientation for student prefects, and maintained staff and student records. I hold a BSc in Applied Geophysics and am pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management and CIPM certification.
