I'm looking for opportunities to lead end-to-end client delivery and market research operations, partner with stakeholders on strategic objectives, and drive scalable project execution, client satisfaction, and operational growth.

At High Beam Global, I lead a 20-person team delivering complex client requests across market research, CATI, CAWI, and primary and secondary research projects.

Previously at Infollion Research Services, I led client delivery for 100+ complex requests per quarter, created project plans and escalation frameworks, and coordinated research, operations, and delivery teams. I also delivered 70+ projects in one month, reaching 150% of the quarterly delivery target.

I bring experience in account management, stakeholder coordination, project scheduling, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, P&L management, and research for global strategy consulting firms and private equity funds.
