What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver digital adoption and enterprise learning programs that improve application adoption, user experience, and business readiness.

At EY, I implement WalkMe Learning Arc for an SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation, establishing the platform and delivering role-based learning modules that support business readiness. I also support migration of SAP Enable Now assets into modular learning experiences for improved accessibility and engagement.

Previously at LTIMindtree, I built and deployed WalkMe solutions end-to-end, including Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, tooltips, launchers, checklists, and contextual guidance. I configure enterprise application experiences with precise logic, segmentation, triggers, and conditions so guidance reaches the right user at the right time.

I've led teams and learning delivery at Ceasefire Industries, Big Basket, and OYO Hospitality, using analytics, stakeholder feedback, blended learning, and ADDIE to improve task success, onboarding, capability, and user confidence.
