At Deloitte USI, I manage end-to-end training for a multi-wave SAP S/4HANA global transformation, from needs analysis and curriculum design through Train-the-Trainer delivery and user adoption. I translate complex process changes into role-based e-learning, ILTs, job aids, learning journeys, and assessments for audiences across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
Previously at Accenture, I designed learner-friendly simulations and interactive WBT modules for SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and Salesforce transformation projects across healthcare, aviation, energy, and automotive. I bring 5+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, stakeholder collaboration, AI-assisted learning design, and K-12 educational content.
