What I'm looking for

I seek roles building end-to-end eLearning and interactive training in collaborative, inclusive teams that value quality design, technical rigor, and continuous learning.

I am an independent instructional designer and eLearning developer with over a decade of experience blending instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping, 5Di) and visual design to deliver end-to-end custom eLearning solutions. My background in software engineering gives me a strong technical edge to produce interactive learning modules using Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond and other authoring tools.

I have collaborated with multicultural teams and global clients across disciplines—leadership, compliance, sales, medical education and technical training—and have delivered both full course builds and task-based support. I lead a networking forum for Indian instructional designers, volunteer in community learning initiatives, and continuously upskill through certifications in instructional design and web accessibility.
