I’m an Instructional Designer with 4 years of experience designing digital learning solutions, including SAP implementation training and AI-assisted content development. I focus on Learning Experience Design (LXD) to turn complex business processes into engaging, business-aligned learning.

At LKQ GCC India Pvt Ltd, I designed and developed 20+ SAP/System Implementation training modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and SAP EnableNow. I also developed 60+ interactive learning assets and supported training for 500+ learners across multiple regions, while reducing course development effort by 15% through reusable templates and standardized practices.

Previously, as a Process Analyst at Urban Vault, I developed 5+ ERP training modules that transformed complex workflows into engaging learning experiences. I created interactive storyboards, simulations, videos, and assessments, and delivered ILT, VILT, and blended programs to 200+ learners.

I bring structured instructional design using ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick model, along with SCORM/xAPI standards. I partner closely with SMEs and stakeholders, run quality assurance and feedback cycles, and use AI-enhanced content approaches to keep deliverables effective and measurable.
