What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can moderate content and deliver great customer experiences, work with a supportive team, and grow through clear goals, training, and continuous learning while applying my analytical skills.

I’m an impact-driven content moderator and team-oriented professional, currently working as a Content Moderator/Customer Service Representative at Majorel Kenya Limited. I evaluate online social media content (images, videos, texts and audios) and moderate according to internal policy and criteria, including curbing hate speech and moderating harmful contents to ensure a safe experience for users.

Before this, I built leadership and training strength as a General Secretary (Team Leader) at Nigeria Christian Corpers’Fellowship (NCCF) by training team members, setting strategy, monitoring progress, and creating a positive environment with clear goals and expectations. I also designed and delivered training programs as a School Trainer (NYSC), planned lessons with sequenced objectives, assessed learner progress, and maintained documentation—while earlier coordinating hardware and software deployment as a Deployment Manager. With a BSc (Hons) in Statistics, I bring strong analytical skills, careful problem-solving, and a continuous willingness to learn new skills.
