I’m an AI Engineer and hands-on Tech Lead with 5 years across AI systems, backend, and automation. I focus on designing reusable AI architectures—especially agentic loops, RAG pipelines, and safe-interaction systems—that stay reliable after launch.

In my current role at ŠKODA AUTO, I built long-lived evaluation and governance frameworks (golden datasets and regression benchmarks) that track LLM output quality across agent workflows over time. I map ambiguous, unstructured business problems to AI-native solutions and lead shipping from PoC to production with clear architecture decisions.

Technically, I extended a production agent framework (a fork of Google ADK) with custom agent-flow orchestration, typed streaming, and structured content—packaged as shared internal patterns and SDKs so teams don’t reinvent agent plumbing. I architected the core ŠkoPilot autonomous agent with guardrails and safe-interaction constraints, plus document-processing pipelines, serving 30,000+ users across multiple business units.

I also build reliable platforms by combining multi-model orchestration on Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI Service) with integrations like Mistral and Gemini, alongside a Retrieval-Augmented Generation platform with document-parsing pipelines and contextual memory. Earlier at Alza.cz, I engineered automation that replaced desktop Excel macros with modern web workflows and built event-driven Microsoft Teams integrations to improve alerting and operational response.
