I’m a detail-oriented and results-driven software engineer and technical leader with 8+ years of experience architecting and developing both traditional and AI-based solutions in high-throughput environments.

At GT Ecom, I helped design and build a robust customer service AI agent for 25 drop-shipping stores, handling support ticket categorization and secure customer/supplier interactions across Europe and US at an average of 50,000 tickets per week. I also worked on sensitive dispute management and improved reliability in our Shopify webhook ingestion by separating webhook processing into a buffer consumer on top of GCP Pub/Sub, ensuring no webhook was missed during downtimes.
