I am an entrepreneurial nutritionist with a Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and hands-on experience founding and leading a premium Poké Bowl restaurant in Barcelona that gained top-tier recognition on delivery platforms within two years. That venture sharpened my business acumen, resilience, and problem-solving skills despite an eventual closure due to structural issues with the premises.

I have worked across clinical and commercial nutrition roles — as a nutritionist and dietitian in collective catering, a personal sports nutritionist, and currently as Business Developer for the European market at an organic protein brand in Germany. I combine nutritional expertise with front-line hospitality experience and event hosting, enabling me to translate scientific insight into customer-focused products and services.
