Paul Louw
@paullouw
I architect enterprise platforms, ERP integrations, and Industry 4.0 products from strategy through delivery.
What I'm looking for
I've led enterprise architecture and ERP delivery at Watchmaker Genomics and MineRP, shaping platforms, integrations, data governance, and product direction across South Africa and international teams.
At Watchmaker Genomics, I led solution architecture for a greenfield Epicor ERP implementation spanning Cape Town and Denver. I directed Workato integrations, API and message-queue validation, data migration, vendor delivery, and post-go-live production support while embedding Claude and Fathom into daily workflow practices.
Across MineRP, GMSI, GijimaAst, and Lonmin Platinum, I've built and modernised mining, IoT, LIMS, RFID, infrastructure, and business systems. I enjoy working from technology strategy and governance through hands-on development, experimentation, and practical delivery.
