I oversee all global business requirements related to changes in the Keyloop Rev8/Drive Dealer Management Software. As part of a team of seven Solution Architects, I support change requests for major OEMs including Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Nissan, and BMW.

I managed all Automotive requirements for the AW Rostamani group, including Keyloop Drive setup, configuration changes, and Keyloop Service Docs and Sales Docs. I also managed over 35 projects related to Automotive requirements such as WMS, Call Centre, Fleet management, and Mobile applications.

I led a team of 21 people, developing and guiding the company's IT strategy while keeping business objectives in mind. My duties included negotiating Service Level Agreements, drafting IT budgets, maintaining system and data security, and delivering IT projects.

I identified technologies for crucial business support and integrated them into current systems, managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle from proposal to handover. I collaborated with senior management for IT strategic planning, ensuring service delivery met business needs and corporate procedures.

I provided guidance and support for continual improvement and high service standards, creating strategic and operational strategies and financial projections for projects. I managed multiple technology projects, adhering to strict deadlines, quality standards, and customer needs.

I thoroughly reviewed operations to ensure service-level agreements and technical benchmarks were met, establishing IT services as a crucial internal business partner. This resulted in measurable customer service and performance improvements, streamlining operations for Hyundai's retailer and importer business.

I supervised the IT team, planning and orchestrating daily workflow, prioritizing and assigning tasks to achieve all deadlines. I successfully managed a team that converted Mainframe software to Autoline DMS and built an IT Support team to provide sufficient support across multiple business units.

I analyzed existing systems and procedures to understand current and future business requirements, successfully designing and implementing a new parts store process in Tanzania. I also expertly designed and deployed open mine drill controls in Tanzania and set up a finance back office department in Pune.

I planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated the operations of information systems and electronic data processing departments. I developed and implemented policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations, meeting with business units to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
