AWS Cloud - I manage EC2, Lightsail, Route 53, S3, and other AWS services for client infrastructure. AWS Cloud Practitioner certified (2023).
Linux Administration - I administer Linux servers day to day. LPI Level II certified.
Scripting - I write BASH and PERL scripts to automate server tasks.
WordPress - I build, secure, and maintain WordPress web sites, including page builders such as Breakdance and Oxygen.
AI-driven automation - I use AI tools, such as Claude Code and n8n, to automate server admin, web site management, and business workflows. I built an AI-powered invoicing system using AWS Lightsail, n8n, and Google Gemini.
Network and security - I set up firewalls, DNS (Pi-hole, Route 53), VPNs, and monitoring for client servers.
Open source and self-hosting - I run and advocate for open source, self-hosted tools using Docker, such as n8n and Pi-hole, for my customers instead of paid cloud services where it makes sense.
I work well without close supervision. I look at a problem step by step, and I confirm each step works before moving to the next.
I provide proven solutions that save my customers time and money.
Outside of client work, I volunteer with Breakfast Buddies Maidstone, a charity that serves free breakfasts and offers companionship and support to homeless and vulnerable people in the local community.
