I’m an accomplished DevOps Engineer and SRE with a track record of running MacOS, Debian, CentOS (and derivative) systems while keeping projects delivered “in line with scope, schedule, risks, outcomes, prioritisation, value and benefits.” I’m motivated and results-focused, with strong analytical skills and a practical approach to solving problems in challenging environments.
In my current role as a (Senior) Assigned Support Engineer at GitLab, I support self-managed and SaaS customers—resolving issues via support ticket, merge request, video calls, and email. I act as a point of technical escalation and an SME for GitLab staff, advocate for my assigned corporate customers with tailored solutions, and collaborate internally to shape product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy.
Previously at Palantir Technologies, I continuously evolved infrastructure alongside customer-facing teams—deploying vSAN, leading migration of VMs into new environments, and building an internal OpenShift stack as the recognised SME. I also developed custom tooling in Bash and Python, overhauled monitoring, co-maintained internal Puppet, automated internal access with Teleport, and handled troubleshooting across RHEL/CentOS and Ubuntu estates.

Evolved Palantir infrastructure by deploying vSAN across new sites and migrating VMs into the vSAN environment. Built and tested an internal OpenShift stack, automated deployments (Teleport), and overhauled monitoring using Bash and Python.
