At Oxygen Forensics, I built the product function and owned strategy, roadmaps, packaging, and go-to-market for Oxygen Remote Explorer and Oxygen Forensic Detective. I turned customer research and feedback into product priorities, and transformed Oxygen Corporate Explorer into Oxygen Remote Explorer for security companies and service providers.
I started Oxygen Forensics’ AI product function and launched features for OCR, document and media analysis, semantic search, and anomaly detection. I also built working prototypes to test major feature ideas before committing engineering time.
I took an API and automation module from concept through release and sale, helping customers integrate collection, evidence transfer, import, and reporting with their systems. I also originated Oxygen Remote Explorer’s distributed node system and worked with engineering on its move from SQLite to PostgreSQL.
As Product Manager and Head of Technical Services, I addressed security, scale, and automation gaps affecting enterprise renewals; all 50+ accounts due for renewal over a 12-month period renewed. I now consult on product strategy, roadmaps, go-to-market, support, and deployment processes, and evaluate AI model outputs for Mercor product management and technical services tasks.
