I’m an IT and Security Specialist at Canada Computers Inc. (May 24, 2021–Present), where I handle network devices maintenance, firewall management, VPN account creation for WFH employees, and level 2 support. I also coordinate with the Canada head office and third-party security companies, and I’ve been tasked to start a new Surveillance Department.
Previously, as a Network Engineer at Fastlink Computer Company (July 04, 2016–May 12, 2021), I managed project implementations including structured cabling, CCTV, WiFi, data/LAN installation, and data center projects. I test UTP/fiber integrity using a Fluke Cable Analyzer, troubleshoot networks, configure VLANs, and support deployments with documentation and 2D/3D designs—skills I continue to apply while updating surveillance monitoring systems and SOPs.
