I’m a dedicated travel executive and business operations professional with a strong hospitality and customer-care foundation, built across roles in telecoms, coworking/community services, hotels, and corporate travel. Most recently, I’ve been serving as a Business Manager at ANZCham Taiwan, and earlier I led executive assistance and administration as an Administration Manager at HOYA BIT. Before that, I supported travel and customer service excellence for years at American Express.
