I’m an IT Support and Systems Specialist with hands-on experience in system administration, infrastructure support, and automation of internal processes. I focus on troubleshooting complex IT environments and turning repetitive tasks into reliable workflows.

In my roles, I’ve managed Active Directory user and access administration, including permissions and Group Policy, and I’ve supported workstation deployment. I also administer Google Workspace (including Gmail configuration) and use Google Apps Script to automate document generation and CSV data processing.

I’m comfortable across the stack: Windows workstations, Windows Server, Linux (basic), and core networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN connectivity troubleshooting. I’ve supported VoIP systems and assisted with hardware diagnostics, PC assembly, and workstation repair.

What drives me is improving operational efficiency through practical automation. I’ve built an AppSheet application for oxygen cylinder inventory and reporting processes, and I’ve implemented internal workflow automation to help teams operate more smoothly.
