I’m an Operations Manager with over 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and improving business performance. I bring proven success managing logistics, inventory, and data-driven process improvements across corporate and military environments.

As an Executive Team Lead, I lead and coach a large operations team to improve customer satisfaction. I use sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify efficiency gaps, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and inventory control procedures.

Earlier, as an Assistant Store Manager, I directed daily operations and supervised department leads to hit sales, service, and efficiency goals. I implemented new inventory control processes to reduce shrinkage, improved on-shelf availability, and analyzed data and customer insights—driving a 10% increase in department sales.

My background also includes geospatial work in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, where I analyzed geographic data for mission planning and logistics, maintained GIS databases, and produced detailed terrain analysis reports and visual maps. I’m also building deeper analytics capability through a Data Analytics Certificate, SQL and Tableau training, and a Tableau Creator Certification.
