What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in education, tutoring, academic support, content, or writing-focused work where I can help learners build writing, reading, and English-language skills.

At Sequoia High School in Visalia Unified School District, I serve as an ELA teacher of record supporting credit-deficient high school students and English learners.

I plan instruction, support writing and reading development, and provide individualized guidance to help students progress toward course completion. My work is grounded in differentiated instruction, academic support, clear communication, and relationship-building.

Through the TRRE Residency with Tulare County Office of Education and California State University, Bakersfield, I co-taught high school English and ELD students while developing instructional plans and applying coursework in disabilities, technology for educators, and clinical practice.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a B.A. in Liberal Arts cum laude, and have passed all four California CSET English subtests.
